5. How to Request a Refund

Email address associated with your account
Order number or transaction ID
Reason for the refund request
Our support team will review your request and respond within 5-7 business days. If approved, the refund will be processed using the original payment method, and it may take 5-10 business days for the funds to be reflected in your account, depending on your financial institution.
6. Refund Processing
If your refund request is approved, the refund will be processed, and the funds will be credited back to your original payment method. MQL Secure is not responsible for any delays caused by banks, payment processors, or financial institutions.
7. Service Interruptions & Third-Party Dependencies
